Dviejų knygų pristatymas - Presentation of two books

Širvintose patyrėme jaukų ir prasmingą literatūrinį susitikimą, subūrusį knygų ir poezijos mylėtojus. Pristatėme romaną „Nepaprasta Džono ir Adelės kelionė“ bei vieno iš autorių – Dariaus mamos, Aldonos Anciuvienės, poezijos knygą „Aš su jumis“.

Nuoširdžiai dėkojame Širvintų Igno Šeiniaus viešajai bibliotekai už galimybę pristatyti mūsų knygas ir už jaukią, atvirą erdvę susitikimui su skaitytojais. Už lango krintant snaigėms buvo ypatingai gera pabūti kartu ir kalbėtis apie literatūrą, kūrybą bei prasmes.

Ačiū Almai už šiltus žodžius ir svetingumą, Adomui – už muziką, sukūrusią ypatingą nuotaiką, o Ugnei ir Almai – už jautriai perskaitytas ištraukas, leidusias tekstams atgimti.

We experienced a warm and meaningful literary gathering in Širvintos, bringing together lovers of books and poetry. We presented our novel "The Magical Journey of John and Adele" as well as the poetry collection "Aš su Jumis" (I Am with You) by Aldona Anciuvienė, the mother of one of the authors, Darius.

We sincerely thank the Širvintos Ignas Šeinius Public Library for the opportunity to present our books and for the welcoming, open space to meet with readers. As snowflakes fell quietly outside, it was especially lovely to pause, be together, and talk about literature, creativity, and meaning.

Thank you to Alma for her warm words and hospitality, to Adomas for the music that created a special atmosphere, and to Ugnė and Alma for their sensitive readings of excerpts that allowed the texts to come alive.
